Some of the gooks needed a little reaming in the 2mm holes. Easy fix, but really not right right out of the box

Slips on nylon cord
The hook is rated for 44lbs; the nylon cord rated for 60 lbs. One hour later, my picture weighing less than 15 lbs has crashed to the floor = $100+ repair required. The hook slid right off the end. I had used a screwdriver to tightened as well. Would NOT recommend for nylon cord.
