This coffee mug is perfect. It’s size is perfect, it keeps my coffee hot for long hours, and it’s easy to clean. Highly recommended. It fits in my backpack side pocket and I get lots of compliments about it. This cup is easy to hold, the opening for drinking is generous, and when closed, there is absolutely no leaking. They look great, too!

What's the point of having a vaccum sealed super tight flap lid if the whole lid comes off with just a touch? This company ripping off people. I don't know if i recieved fake product or not but bruh ;-; ain't nobody needs a cup like that😓

This is just about 8 days of using and the seller has replied mentioning that paint is not covered under warranty. After spending 800 bucks if it is not good for 8 days then what is the use I would prefer to go with cheaper options rather than spending so much on not so good quality products.No help from Amazon as well.Update: After contacting Customer care they offered to send a replacement of bottom / Damaged part and received the part and thankful to Seller customer service.

The product keeps the liquid hot for good 2 hours and post that it's just room temperature. The color of the container started coming off after a few months, and just within 7 months of usage, the lock is off and the container is now useless. The product warranty was only 6 months and now I feel cheated cause I did not get my money's worth. A borosil container bought 2 years is still in good shape and it was cheaper!

I have been regularly using this flask for tea/coffee, since the time I bought it. Even after 3 hours, my tea remains hot and I can have it in between my work whenever I want to. It is made with high-quality stainless steel and the outer body has premium hard covering. It is completely non- toxic. It keeps water warm. Built quality was also awesome. It useful in office times.

I see lots of reviews complaining that the heat was only for 4-5 hours etc. I don't know if they want a flask or a portable kettle.Here's 3 scenario I have used it in:- Coffee from mug, not piping hot, but hot enough, poured into it. Only 1/3 full or less. Opened 3 hours later. Some heat loss, actually perfect for drinking now, but it lost a lot of heat.- Hot hot coffee poured into it, more than 2/3rd full. Not opened at all. Opened again 6.5 hours later, still steaming.- Hot but drinkable coffee 2/3 full in. Sipped on intermittently for 2 hours. Then closed and only re-opened after another 3 hours (That's 5 hours total). Warmish, definetely not hot. But this because I opned and closed it atleast 15 times in the first two hours.
