FKB168 MB Quart Formula 5x7/6x8" Coaxial Car Audio Speakers (2 Pair)

For the price these things sound really nice the mids and highs are way more brighter and crisper and clearer than my stock speakers. My stock speakers would start to distort at around 40 of volume and with these new speakers I could crank it up to you 50 before distortion, which is a lot louder and clear.

I installed these on my 2008 Ford Taurus X as a replacement for the muddy-sounding factory speakers. These are quite an improvement, even with just the factory head unit. Deeper, more true bass. Clearer highs. You really can't go wrong if you want to spend less and get better sound than what your factory speakers are putting out. I'm hoping to add an amp to these this summer and see if I can get any more out of them.

I don't think this set of speakers sound particularly comparable to more expensive brands, but they are miles ahead of the old factory speakers. High and mid are much clearer thanks to tweeter. Low frequencies are there, I don't think it's better sounding than the stocks, but they can handle more bass input at higher volume without distortions.

We used them to replace the stock speakers in an '06 focus with a pioneer head unit @ 25 watts per channel. They sound good and clear but the bass of about 50% of what the stock system put out. This is with the bass at 100% on the deck.

These speakers sound great! The price might lead you to think they are cheap and they are but only in price.

Disliked how items were shipped! Poor packing job! Don't like my items getting slammed around!

These are actually MB quart speakers sold under a different name for marketing I’m guessing. The boxes and speakers were all branded as MB quart. For the price you pay the quality of the speakers is excellent, Bought 2 sets to do all 4 speakers in my 2012 F150, what a difference they made with the stock stereo. The 09-14 F150s are notorious for blowing out stock speakers, which are garbage quality for lack of better term. Buy these and appropriate adapters and jam out. Install is pretty straight forward, hardest part is getting the front door panels lined back up on reinstall.
