Hel or Modi+Magni combo?

It really depends of your use case. If you will be handling work calls, HEL. If you will only be using the out connector Modi+Magni. Hell gives you control over the input connector and is a good interface for work calls or meetings that you won't have on the stackable option, but, at the same time, is not as upgradable as the stack.

Can i use my own 2.4A charger? Got no more power outlet on my desk so i have to use mulit-output charger for my phone or tablet.

Yup. I have mine plugged into the 2.4A USB port on my UPS and it works just fine

Power supply is provided via USB +/- 12v dual polarity

Can get a 3/8" to RCA converter cable to plug the output into a regular pair of desktop speakers? does it output to both?

I've never heard of a 3/8in audio jack, but the Schiit Hel only has a 1/4in audio jack for output. So you'd need to find a 1/4in to RCA adapter cable to make that work.
