Very easy to build, very comfortable. Proof will be when I move to working from home full time so currently only using 2/3 times a week but it is very comfortable currently and very good value for money especially when similar chairs in shops are double if not triple the price.

The parts weren't labelled properly so spent a lot of time figuring this out. If this doesn't bother you, the item is pretty good.

This chair was easy to assemble and inexpensive. I liked the fact that it was white/grey instead of the typical darker colours often seen in cheap office chairs.On first use I noticed that the chair slightly wobbles. This is to do with how the seat part fits onto the base and there’s nothing I can see that could be adjusted to prevent this. It isn’t a huge deal and acceptable for the price I guess.The seat cushion is soft enough for a full days use - not luxurious but I didn’t expect that. The seat can be moved up and down a small amount which is handy.The mesh back is nice but it is too reclined to be useful for most of the day - I only want to lean this far back on odd occasions and unfortunately this can’t be adjusted. There is a lumbar support in the back, but for me it is not in the right place to be particularly useful.One thing I noticed after I’d been using the chair for a couple of weeks is that my lower back has started aching. I initially assumed this was due to exercise but I am now sure it’s related to the chair. The seat seems angled slightly backwards so I have to lean a bit forward to be sitting up straight. Doing this for long days working at my desk is already starting to take its toll.Having said this, I still like this chair, but I would rather only use it for a day a week instead of every day. Hopefully once lockdown ends that may be realistic. For now though I’ll be investing in a seat wedge and hoping that solves my back problem.

The only thing I find is it's a bit wider than I expected , but comfy ,easy to move about , swivels easily ,nice chair and good value for money.

Extremely uncomfortable for WFH. After a couple of hours from the beginning of the day, my back already aches and more often than not, the tailbone does so.The armrest's screws caps come off frequentently and there is even one screw that popped out the other day.The seat after some months of intense use feels like a rock and the adjustable height does not hold to the position you set - it keeps yielding until you get back to the lowest position along the day.The ergonomic backrest designed to support your back is every time leaning backwards more and more, hence I can barely sit in a straight position with my back on it - unless I sit that position when you are relaxed and half lying down.For short time usage, might do the jog

It arrived well packaged preventing damage. It was quick and easy to assemble. It is comfortable, attractive and not too big!

It’s a very cheaply made chair, some of the screws don’t tighten due to it being made so cheaply (the screws do fall out). The chair came with lots of marks on it. It is a lovely looking chair and is comfy, just not made very well. Don’t pay full price for this chair!
