God is turning hearts of fathers back to their children and the hearts of children back to their fathers.  This book highlights the need to refocus the home as the primary place for spiritual development. After much discussion among many churches, Kurt Brunner and Lake Pointe Church appear to have made the needed and appropriate steps toward accomplishing life transformation through focusing on the home.  Not only do they show the current state of families and the church, they give solutions to that are easily implemented.  This is not about a new PROGRAM, or a FAD, but in taking the biblical model and being intentional.  I highly recommend this book, along with the broader study done by the Innovation Alliance  [...]

Excellent book.  He offers a solid foundation for the family, and some great ideas that are  easy to apply.I used it for a MOPS presentation and it was well received.  The keys to a  successful family are criticalto all of us.  The section on being a grandparent is an added bonus.  Practical but also very informative on the conditions andvchallenges of the American family.v
