Review: So Yummy! - It was nice to change up my breakfast of cold cereal with this. I had it with some butter, brown sugar and sliced strawberries. Yum! Just FYI, if you’re making it for only yourself, half the recipe! I left half a pot to got to waste because it doesn’t reheat very well. Excellent made fresh.

Some mornings, cooking grits for a 1/2 hour is just too long for some members of my family. (Yes, I do old school grits as well). These are creamy, like old school grits properly cooked, and don't have the somewhat gritty texture of the Quaker Quick Grits. And they DO cook w/in 5 minutes. And taste great. The corn flavor is there w/o being like eating a cob of corn. Definitely a great side with eggs and bacon, or with cheddar cheese and shrimp.

It was nice to change up my breakfast of cold cereal with this. I had it with some butter, brown sugar and sliced strawberries. Yum! Just FYI, if you’re making it for only yourself, half the recipe! I left half a pot to got to waste because it doesn’t reheat very well. Excellent made fresh.
