Do i have to add another bottle at each oil change?

I believe it is recommended that you do that. I would also go to a heavier weight of oil. Like if you use 10w-30, go with a 10w-40, or even 10w-50 depending on how much oil you're using up.  I don't use it anymore because my engine is just too worn out and it runs through oil like it goes through gas.  Time for a new engine from EBAY!

In order to see permanent results do i have to use it every oil change? or can i use it just once to restore my engine?

I use Restore every oil change. The old Restore drains out with your old oil. So when you change to a new oil, all you have is a thin lining of old Restore remaining in your engine oil galleys, which eventually is diluted by the new oil you put in.

Do I have to subtract 9 ounces of oil every oil change when I add this treatment?

If your oil is all the way full when the motor is cold and you top it off with this additive I've seen where it blew out an old 300k head gasket from the pressure of overfilling it. So always add the rislone to the engine after a oil change then top if off to the correct oil level. Never over fill an old motor. The only exception is people who overfill oil on race motors for higher pressure setups in the racing field.

How can I use this product without doing a complete oil change? My car burns a lot of oil, so can I just top off with it?

F u have less than 500 miles on the oil sure pour it in if not just use standard motor oil I would use 20w50  oil then add the rest do not over fill oil then drive it 30 miles at low rpm,s this will help it work into the cylinder walks think oil is the best then u can go back to 10w30  oil also check your PCV valve and hose replace it if dirty oil inside
