The colors were excellent in this yarn line. I like the thickness of the yarn as well. Looking forward to using more of this product.

This is nice yarn, easy to work with and use together and while the colors are lovely, it would be great if the dye lots were consistent, the thickness was consistent and the “finish” looked the same. See photos.

It's fine except for the yardage. That's a disappointment.

So gorgeous haven't used it just yet but upon immediate perusal its going to be perfect once I get the black. Its so pretty perfect steeler colors oh and came so quickly, price was good nowbifbi could get the black here not 2 weeks later nor price a whole 1/2 more than the yellow ......for same product .....I could start my project right now not in 2 more weeks. From same co. Etc. ....whatever bit the yellow is just fantastic.

I love the yarn. It works up very nicely, however, there should be two listings by the manufacturer. one being if it's classified as a tweed, multi-color, etc. 5 oz. 81 yards. 2 bulky #6 4 oz. 64 yards. The Phoenix Azalea can be under both. I bought the one stating it was 5 oz., but got the 4 oz. Okay, I will deal with that, but because I only purchased 2 skeins to make sure I was getting the thickness I needed for a bulky yarn, and being a different brand and still a Lions Brand yarn, was why I only bought 2 skeins. When I received it, it's only 4 oz. and it has a stupid dye lot, which means the next 12 for my project may be the same or not! I am quite skeptical that the largest amount I purchased, no-one will pay attention when they ship it to be the same dye lot. Yet in the order, there wasn't a place to put a dye lot number. I placed the order under buy again, hoping they will match dye lots to what I purchased. but I don't have the 100% guarantee it will be the same dye lot either. So as far as "as advertised", I can't say it is, without being able to use the dye lot number and getting more of it. Buyer, make sure you get enough of a product with a dye lot to make your project. That too, won't be a guarantee, but maybe it will be. The two I ordered at the same time, were the same dye lot.

It's overall good yarn, but I was disappointed just now to be knitting along and suddenly I'm presented with a knot because somebody (seller? yarn company?) tied the yarn together. Being a new knitter, this is a complication I wasn't anticipating and am frustrated about. I expected I might need to start a new strand of yarn at the end of the skein, but not right in the middle of it! Now I may need to unravel a row in order to combine the strands, so I took away a few stars for that.

Perfect for a sweater

The color is beautiful but the yarn ravels easily and fuzzes up. It’s very easy to crochet and doesn’t tangle.

This was lovely. Sooooo soft and silky. The yarn has a sheen to it that is very pretty. I can't wait to buy another colour and make another scarf. Two balls make a really long scarf. Love it.

Package received as it was estimated. The right item description and quality. Very happy with the order, I am already working on my new sweater.

I have purchased mustard coloured yarn but this one is quite bright - almost more of a gold colour. That was disappointing as I expected it to be darker. I ordered quite a bit of this yarn as mustard is a difficult colour to find in the stores. I will keep some of it and see what it is like once it is used in knitting but some of it may go back.
