Very great product.Difficult to configure for non technical people.

Fantastic sign I use within my vehicle for work. It’s not the easiest to read the text on it during the day, but evening then night it looks perfect! Remote that came with it had batteries, and is a plus making it easy to “Sleep” the sign when I want it off. Many customers have given me Thanks for making it easy to notice me. Totally satisfied with the sign💯👍😬

Horrible light, very difficult to set. after you set it does not save. the cheaply made remote does not work all the time. Do not waste your money.

I tossed this in a box two years ago because I got so frustrated with it. I just pulled it back out and miraculously figured out how to program it. I would be willing to make a podcast for the developer for a fee. This would be a great product and surely sales would soar if they could simply teach people how to use it. In English.

This is a great sign and many looker's see it. But, the hand held remote with just a up, down, accept, back button makes it very time consuming to program and make a single mistake and you have to start over. Can not edit a message once stored. These are bad programming errors made by company who made the sign. The sign itself once programmed is Great! Another mistake that makes very time consuming programming is USA is not a section but blended into other languages and symbols. To move from one English character you have to push button many times to cycle through other languages. A simple way to have done it is put USA English together, then other languages so you don't have to press many many times just to go from A to M!

I gave 5 stars , I like it and it looks good but I am not happy with its functions, little bit difficult to put words in it , in short it’s difficult to use it’s functions unless you are very smart !

I used this light with my RV as a locater. Placed it in the window with my name on it making my RV easy to find plus it's not real bright but bright enough in the parking area.

Very hard to operate. The instructions are effectively illegible because of poor translation. Which makes me ask myself… if they’re willing to overlook the terrible quality of the translation of their instruction manual, what else are they willing to overlook with the quality of their products?All in all, it’s a typical underwhelming, poorly finished Chinese product that’s likely worth half of its sale price. I suppose we really have given up on quality and longevity in the pursuit of lower prices and higher margins.Then again, what do you expect for thirty-something dollars? Honestly, I expected better.
