Can this unit be secured to a cargo van floor to remain in place while traveling?

Thank you for getting in touch. We have not had this questions before. It is designed to be easily broken down and set back up, but it is a sturdy design so I am sure you could find a way to secure it with straps around the legs. Thank you again!

How does the stove fit in the space with the propane attached?

Depending our our camp stove's design, the propane tank can sit on the table next to the area with the wind screen. If you look at the photo gallery of the kitchen and find the image of the kitchen set up outdoors (image 5) you will see the propane attached to the stove. Thank you!

Can I leave this out in the rain or do I have to put it away after each use?

No, you will have to put it away - cannot stay out in the rain - but it is okay with a little dew.

What are the shelves underneath made of, and do they sag or warp?

They are fabric with a hard insert that comes with the camp kitchen and is stored in the bottom shelves when packed up.
