Took maybe 15min to install, could take more like 30 if you've never taken off your toilet seat or messed with the water line before. Follow the instructions closely if you're not familiar and you'll have no problems.Only issue I ran into is any toilet I've ever owned doesn't have an outlet directly nearby. Ran a heavy duty extension cord from an outlet at the light switch, hidden by a hand towel rod, and ran along the under side of the cabinet lip. Then concealed the coiled up excess with a little trash can and all looks great.I was originally concerned that the lower cost and stationary control buttons were indicators of inferior design but I can honestly say that those worries were unfounded. This seat works great and has all the functionality you want in a premium bidet replacement. I'm a big dude (6'3" and 330lbs) and have never had a worry that I would break or abuse any part of this product. I will mention, if you're particularly caked up, you might need to adjust for controller position but you gotta be like thiiiiiiiicc.Honestly though, if you're like I was trying to justify dropping $200+ on a toilet seat, let alone $300+ moderately on those crazy Omigo models, trust me when I say they are worth it. I use almost no toilet paper anymore (maybe 4 squares to dry up IF the drying fan didn't get the job done) and feel reliably clean after every visit to the bathroom.

The media could not be loaded. What an outstanding addition to the household. We are not the age of what you would typically think of when using one of these but we love it in our house and I use it all the time to make sure that I'm clean. Surprisingly having a warm seat is second to the cleaning factor. I didn't realize I would like it that much. I don't use the fan feature and usually use a fraction of the toilet paper to just make a clean up pass to dry off. Overall the amount of toilet paper usage is way down and we are cleaner and fresher down there

UPDATE:After reaching out to the manufacturer directly via email, I received a response asking for pics/videos of the malfunction. The diagnosis was the water nozzle needed replacement and the part was shipped. I received it and made the switch. It was easy (remove from toilet, disassemble) as I'm a handy person but it is definitely a DIY project. The failed nozzle motor showed signs of water intrusion and rust. Hopefully this has been corrected in the new version. The unit works well now and my rating has been increased.*****************************************This was a great unit while it lasted. While I know products are now meant to be "throw-away", paying $225USD the product should last longer. The issue is in the electronics. Unplugging the power worked a couple times and cleaning didn't change anything. It worked sporadically but now the nozzle extends and either the pressure is minimal or non-existent. It's unfortunate. I loved the features and function. Ultimately, I expected it to last longer for the price. I'll replace it with another brand.

UPDATE 2/16/2022Bought a second bidet toilet seat attachment. My husband loves it. Very simple and easy to install.**********I initially wrote a review that indicated my extreme displeasure at having a nonfunctional bidet months after receiving it. This was due to the fact that my husband said the connections wouldn’t fit.I took it to the highly recommended plumbing supply company down the road and some of the ‘good old boy’ plumbers sitting around indicated if they had been asked to install a foreign made bidet seat off Amazon, they wouldn’t do it. (Insert eye roll here)After ordering an attachment someone ELSE on this page indicated was necessary, I waited. It didn’t work.Frustrated as heck to know that I STILL didn’t have a working bidet seat and the company’s ONLY response was to follow the instructions, I did it. I followed the instructions.Guess what?You don’t need anything. Easy peasy to install. I asked my husband this morning to tighten one connection. He was shocked. ‘You got it to work?!’ Me, ‘Yes, I followed the instructions. I just couldn’t tighten one area enough.’Then he went on his merry way. And I happily looked at my functioning bidet seat.

The install would be easy if the instructions were better. There is a full page on what NOT to do but only a half a page for instructions. Mainly drawings that are inconclusive and leave a lot of questions. The seat will slide into the back plate but will not lock up or stay in place and can be easily pulled out of position. It would be nice if the plug was flat so the cord and plug don't stick out. The control panel is behind you in an inconvenient place. A remote or a corded control would make this so much better.Otherwise it works as intended and is great to have.Will update in a year.UPDATEThis product miserably failed. After 5 months I had to get a replacement, six months later this seat failed too. When the nozzle retracts, it continues spraying up your back. There is a reason they don't have a contact # in the US and have poor customer service!DON'T BUY THIS OVERPRICED JUNK!

If we still the house, we're taking the bidet! My GF loves it that much. It seems to function flawlessly, and she really enjoys having it.

After our trip to Japan, we decided having a bidet would be a nice addition. This one easy to install & the warm water definitely nice especially in the winter. And, all in all it just make bathroom time cleaner & you save on toilet paper. Great value and great quality. I waited a few months to write this review to make sure it’s really good and works well. So far, so good.

Lasted 4 years. Now there are malfunctions. Can't find support.
