This will be great in my midwestern winter, which can be somewhat unpredictable, but covers the types of crops that can be expected to grow in a cold-frame type of setting. I don't have a greenhouse (it's been on the to-do list, but not as high of a priority), but the types of crops that you can get in a winter setting can be plentiful enough, even without tomatoes and green peppers.
