Love this tablet. It work just like a laptop.

This tablet boots very quickly and it very responsive to touch. Love the quality of the screen. I've only had it a few days but I really like it so far. Great tablet and very reasonably priced.

Very disappointed in this product. It is poorly made, poor volume control and power button location and structure, slow processing speed, and what appears to be the screen protector won't come off. The "screen protector" is made of a cheap plastic that is badly scratched and impossible to keep clean, yet it doesn't appear to come off if that was the manufacturer's intention. I've had it for around 5 months and will probably have to throw it away. It's frozen and will not allow me to unlock, power off, restart, NOTHING! I tried resetting by holding down the power button and down volume button simultaneously. It did begin the process of reset, but stopped and all that comes up is what appears to be code written in Chinese. I really wish I would have listened to my instincts and purchased a more well-known and better rated product. Scratch this one off your list, it's not worth the low price, I wouldn't give $10 for it had I known how badly it's made, and I've even wondered if it's counterfeit. (A much bigger industry than most people would imagine!)

I bought this to replace my old, now obsolete tablet. I just needed something I could take with me out of the house that wasn't my phone. It arrived in perfect condition, no signs of scratches or that it had been previously used. If I hadn't known already I would have thought it was brand new from the factory. The dual cameras are decent, but don't expect high quality. My granddaughter was able to use it for her class video conferences while the schools are closed for the pandemic, using our home wifi. I also had no problem connecting to my printer. Downloading apps was fast and I have no lag issues either. And I am very impressed with the battery life. I can spend hours on it and have yet to even come close to low battery. I am very happy with my purchase.

For days I have looked for a TF slot but cud not find one. But I finally saw a small pin hole and fortunately i had a small pin that came with a cell phone. I inserted it thinking AHA, but no slot would open cuz there ain't one. but i inserted the pin into it. AND IT RESET THE INTERNALS AND WORKS GREAT AGAIN. AND IT HAD A 72% CHARGE STILL.My apologies to anyone that had read my original reply, I have cancelled my return to Amazon.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------THIS WAS MY ORIGINAL REPLY .......I had it less than 30 days, but was good when it worked , but now it will NOT POWER ON. I had it on charger for 2 day, but still won't power on, no leds lite up.I am returning it.IF it has a "TF CARD SLOT .... I can not find one ! ! ! !I don't know where they hid it if there is one.

I gave this one star because that's exactly how many times I was able to use it. I could tell that it was on because there was a faint gray glow on the screen but it did nothing and showed nothing. This was for a disabled woman to be able to zoom with family and friends and not be so isolated. We got it set up and she was so excited only to be immediatley disappointed. I ended up giving her a used ipad. There has not been a single issue and she is so happy it broke my heart.
