These are definitely high quality, very clean, very fresh, very delicious! Certainly raw, not roasted, which is exactly what I wanted. I love raw seeds and it’s so hard to find them without having been toasted with oil and salt- and at a reasonable price. This was such a great find. Value is great - huge bag for the price. Quality is great. Smell fresh, taste fresh, crunchy and delicious. I like to make my own raw seed mix so I also bought their raw sunflower seeds and another amazing buy. Highly recommend

So tasty! Love the green pepita variety pumpkin seeds. Got them for the health benefits (book Fast Like a Girl recommended pepitas), but I’mstaying for the flavor! I sprinkle these on my salads for great crunch, texture, and flavor, or have a small handful for a snack. I eat them almost every day. No salt on these. Bag seals fine but I store mine in glass jars. Love buying bulk so I don’t have to order as often. These are organic, taste fresh, and are a great value!

Fresh and tasty

i actually buy these for my dogs, but i eat some of them myself and they're very good.all four of my dogs like them, so i buy them quite often.they're very good for dogs - pumpkin seeds get rid of worms and other parasites, and are alot less stressful on a dog's guts than medications.

The seeds are very plain tasting, so I roast them for 5 -10 minutes and the flavor is amazing. They take on a nutty flavor which is delicious.

This product is very fresh. They are a perfect snack food. More nutritious than some other nuts.
