This puts me to sleep, it works most of the time and that's realistically good enough for nonprescription ingestion. It may be a placebo or it really works, the habit of drinking this and sleep soon after creates a routine that the body learns to transition to sleep.I'm not about to mess with the routine so I'ma keep buyi.....zzz.zzzzzz o.o! Buying it! Zzzz

Effective enough for me. Gentle enough for my granddaughter. Nice flavor, too.

The taste is good, not as potent in helping relax as I would like, ok value. Wish it was stronger.

Nice tea, soothing on the tummy.

When I am having an anxiety attack, something grounding helps me get out of it. While strictly speaking it doesn't have to be this tea specifically, this tastes good, doesn't have caffeine (the last thing I need while panicking is a stimulant), and whether or not chamomile has an actual calming effect it certainly doesn't hurt.The lack of string, tag, and staples, and the specific type of filter paper they use, also makes them compostable (according to the manufacturer)!

Infused this with hot water and sugar to make a simple syrup for a cocktail. Delish!!
