Waste of time and money
Would give zero stars is possible. It wasnt even close to the picture advertised. Strap is broken. Its is smaller then one in the picture, it isn't even the same item. True, it wasn't very expensive, but, it isn't even worth the price I paid for it. Waste of time and money. Not even worth the time and effort to mail it back. Piece of crap. Don't buy this if you are expecting something to look like what is advertised.

Straps Rip Easily
Very convenient for small spaces, but the durability of the straps could be better. Currently hanging on by a thread.

Does what it does
Fits perfectly on the seat back in my Toyota Highlander. It feels a little cheap, not super sturdy but it fits everything we need. Drinks stay cool, not cold, but that's exactly what we expected at the price point. Our kids love filling it with snacks before a trip.

was looking for a small storage backseat bag for my car. I use it for storage not like a “cooler”. Gets the job done and its small like I wanted it. For the price, it is a great buy.

Not worth it.
the material is weak. The first issue I ran into was the strap that holds it to the head rest. The buckle wont hold. the strap just slides through. The next issue I ran into was the zipper on the "insulated" pouch. It is thin and difficult to open and close. I expect it to fail after a couple uses. Three 16.9 oz water bottles deform the shape of it. now we get to the tissue box holder. it doesn't hold. I didn't return it because it wasn't worth the hassle. I also sewed a different buckle to hold the strap.

Straps so flimsy they tore upon install
I didn't expect this to be the most sturdy thing for the price. However, I did expect to be able to loop the strap around the headrest as shown without the strap coming unstitched from the fabric. The straps are very thin and even though it's designed to hold two or more water bottles, there is no way it would last for any length of time with anything weighing it down. So disappointed.
