Product was really well made. I ordered my partner the wrong size as its a surprise. However sending the item back was a simple process which they helped me with every step of the way. When I sent a message they responded quickly and professionally. I am definitely reordering the item once I devise a plan to get his size.

Finally after almost a month of ordering this pair of rings, I was able to get them.The rings are good quality and I recommend getting because of the product but you seriously need to train your team to be able to solve issues quickly.I purchased a pair of rings and one did not fit, so I wanted to exchange size and that's when this headache started.They said there was going to be no problem to exchange size but started to ask to see pictures of the ring that did not fit blabla (to contact this seller, you have to contact them using Amazon and communication is very limited because they delete emails, phone numbers and pictures)After this back and forth trying to send pictures of the ring that did not fit, I lost patience and asked to send the new size I have asked for. They then said I would have to PAY HALF PRICE, and told me to order the ring I wanted from a pair AGAIN that costed 49 pounds... so I did... then a day later they say their staff arranged a single ring purchase and for me to pay for that and they would refund the 49 pounds I had just spent, ordering one ring...I purchase 1 ring again, 19.98 pounds... then a day later they tell me their senior spoke to them and that I would get the ring for free...With that all, I am already 68.88 short because I wanted to exchange a size for the correct one... Big detail: I sent the ring I wanted to exchange BACK to them, I did not keep it.I received the confirmation of the refunds and today I look at my bank account, I was refunded and then I saw negative amounts (49.00 and 19.98) again... so did you refund me and took the money back again?I am writing this review because you really got potential and good quality products but you lack in communication.My issue was I wanted to exchange ring size for a smaller one. If you offer this service, let the costumer know beforehand if it's free or not. In my case, you did not let me know. Instead, you made this whole confusion and now I am short 68.88, even though I returned the ring I wanted to change. And weirdly enough, I got ANOTHER ring on the mail today, which was the 49.00 purchase you made me do because you lack in communication skills.
