The aches and pains of muscles, tendons, etc that I discovered do indeed come with the aging process, and this gel hasn't failed me one time. It seems that no more than 15 minutes after application, my discomfort is gone...and I often forget that I even had any pain in my leg, arm, shoulder or elsewhere. My wife recently had an ache on the top portion of her foot that defied any of her efforts to go away. Although it took 3 applications over an 18 hour period, the pain is gone and she can walk again at a normal pace. She's hasn't yet returned the bottle to me.
