We ordered two of these blinds one for our living room and one for our bedroom. They were very easy to install, I used my 360 laser level and tripod to set the height and installed the brackets. The blinds snap into the brackets easily. They work great and the rooms actually feel cooler and are definitely darker. We are very happy with them and would definitely order them again for other rooms. The seller contacted us to go over the dimensions one last time before they started making them and that was that, they also arrived a few days ahead of schedule. You won't be disappointed buying these.

Hands down one of the best purchases I’ve ever made through Amazon! The customer service is top notch and the product works really well! This same setup would’ve been 8x more expensive through a professional shade/blinds company. Installation was easy. 10/10 recommend! Make sure to get the BLE HUB if you’re going to order more than one blind so you can control them all at once, separately, and/or set a time schedule.

Really like the blinds and the installation was quite easy. However, I feel like the blinds they sent me were made incorrectly or this material simply doesn't work for larger windows. The bottom hem/bar is aligned straight with the top of the blinds when the blinds are closed, but the sides of the blinds curl in 5" to 6" on each side. Does not look good at all. Have been in chats with the seller, but they are trying to tell me that they are not defective and might be doing that because they were rolled up in shipping (Aren't blinds rolled up half the time anyway...hmmm). If we can get this resolved and these blinds hang straight, I would give them a much higher rating. Will update again with how the seller resolves this issue for us. UPDATE: Customer service has been very responsive and has offered to send a replacement blind. I will need to swap out the motor when it arrives, but they sent a video and it looks simple enough. I will post another update when the new blinds arrive and really hope this resolves the issue and I can increase my rating to a 5.

I love these shades. They are really very good quality. Better than I could have hoped for. We had a company come out and give us a quote for motorized shades for all of our windows and they quoted us $10,000. (We have 8 big and 2 smaller windows). We were able to get these shades less than half that cost and they really seem to be the exact same quality and were not that difficult to install. The company messaged me to confirm the sizes the very next day after I ordered them and the shades arrived within a week. We are highly satisfied with the product and the service.

I ordered custom blinds with Graywinds for a lot of my windows, including one that was 103” wide, and I’m amazed at how quickly they came, how quality they feel, and how great they look! If you’re looking to do custom window treatments, I highly recommend using them. I did blackout motorized and I truly feel luxury every time I open and close them. They were also fairly easy to install too. The only thing I wish I did was order swatches first but was in kind of a rush because I had no privacy for weeks, which is also why I’m so happy they came so fast. Highly recommend these!

Does what it says on the tin, most of the time. The sizing is right, the blackout is 100% and functional, and the remote is alright (but I don't need 16 channels and so the channel change buttons are really "make the remote not work" buttons). However, I have it configured with Smartthings and it loses sync with my hub quarterly (when it's battery gets low?) And it's a ln enournous hassle to remove it and re-add it (it never seems to come back into the system on its own). So.... Without Smartthings: 5 star. With Smartthings: 3 star.

Installation directions were easy to follow

They work perfect. Very easy to install. Measure and then measure again before you order. Also plan your recharge strategy and side. The magnetic cable for higher up rollers works great. You can use a pickup stick to attach when you need to.
