It's a lugnut
I'm not sure what to say because it really is just a lugnut. It's the same style and size lugnut as the rest so it saved me a bit of money being able to buy just the 1 I needed instead of a whole pack.

different than the Mazda CX5 oem part
amazon said this was compatible with my 2023 Mazda CX5, which may be true in that they work, but they are not identical. I bought four of them to replace the lock lug nut on each wheel and wanted them to be identical. had to return which, as usual, was as easy as driving to Whole Foods.
