FINALLY I FOUND THIS BOOK ON AMAZON!
I looked everywhere for this book and couldn't find it anywhere and then I remember amazon and there it was. Not only did I find it but it wasn't going to cost me an arm and a leg. I got the book in only 5 days from the day I ordered it and it got here in mint condition and a first edition also.I LOVE AMAZON...thank you, amazon for your great products and wonderful customer service.Okko is a great on going series that is suppose to have 5 books. It is about Okka that is a Ronin that leads a group of demon hunters in the empire of Pajan. The series tells their story of how they live and help the people of the empire.Hub is a wonderful writer and illustrator...I recommend all of his work but this is my favorite.

Feast for the eyes
The third installment in the series continues with the same wonderful artwork - set in a feudal Japan populated by demons, ghosts and scheming nobles. The story focuses on the battle between Okko, a ronin demon hunter, and Kubban, whose spirit animates a mechanical war machine. But it is the incidental detail that delights - including a delightfully a poignant side tale about Magato, the son of a bandit, who restores family honor. All in all, a pleasure to read and own.

Excellent Art, Excellent Story
Very captivating story with excellent art. A nice mix of Japanese folk mythology, with a strong dose of modern adventure fantasy (a strong influence of something like the Rokugan world in the game Legend of the Five Rings seems present). I would recommend this to fans of work like the Usagi Yojimbo series.

Well done continuation of the beautifully drawn Okko series...
This is the third book in the four book Okko series by Hub. This series continues to be very interesting and well drawn. We continue to follow Okko and his companions as they journey from city to city seeking out demons. In this book they are asked to help Lady Mayudama’s daughter who has been unresponsive and is thought to be possessed by a demon. While assisting Lady Mayudama they run into another demon hunter who ends up having history with Okko and demanding a duel with Okko.Like previous volumes this one is beautifully illustrated with wonderful color and lots of detail. It was easy to follow and great to look at.There is a ton of action and fighting in this volume as well. Additionally we get to learn a bit more about Okko’s past. The book is called the Cycle of Air because in this installment Noshin and Tikku end up summoning air spirits to assist Okko. We also learn a bit more about what Noboru is; the demon hunter that duels Okko is also hunting Noboru.Overall I continue to really enjoy the Okko series and look forward to reading the final book in it, The Cycle of Fire. I would recommend this to people who enjoy historical fantasy graphic novels with lots of action.

best of the series so far
All three volumes so far published are really a must-buy, with solid storylines and wonderful artwork; I personally find this one the most compelling one yet, with several subplots nicely complementing each other.
