Bought the LEGO mug in red for our 5 year old son Everett. After watching LEGO City cartoons and putting together LEGOS with the mug our son really wanted his own. We originally saw this at the LEGO store. It is adorable and fun! The plastic grade is a 7. It is top rack dishwasher safe. We hand wash his. At the bottom of the mug on the inside it has LEGO written a little more nostalgia for our guy. Yes, the price is high for a child's cup, however it's really worth it if your child is into LEGOS. It does not say where it's made anywhere on the mug. At the bottom of the mug, when turned upside down it reads, "®2014 The LEGO Group". It really is cute and fun. We recommend and would make a great gift. As always thank you Amazon!

The other reviews mentioned it was very small so I was expecting it to be small, although when it arrived it was even smaller than I was imagining, would be a good size for a kid though, I got it for my lego enthusiast adult man friend and it looks even smaller in his hands, I mainly got this as a novelty so I can't fault it too much, I would say it's a little over priced for what you get since it is so small and just made of plastic, but I understand the rarity since this is the only place I could find to purchase it

Yes, the size is a bit small for an adult, but it was purchased as a novelty. My 16 year old son loves it. Good construction, nice and solid, and it does not want to tip over when empty. I worried about that since the handle is so large in comparison. Would recommend!

Unless you're a diehard legomaniac in need of an overpriced novelty mug, you might be underwhelmed by what you're getting for your money. But then, lego fans are used to overpaying for little bits of plastic, amirite?It's decent quality plastic, microwave and dishwasher safe according to the packaging, though a bit lightweight. The handle is completely hollow from underneath unlike the actual toy piece, something they cleverly disguise with the camera angles and sort of ruins the illusion of being a 1:1 scale lego mug. Disappointing.It's also barely 3.75" (9.5cm) tall, so it won't hold much of anything. The raised "LEGO" printing inside the bottom of the cup also might make it difficult to scrub out stubborn drink residue. It's a functional mug in that it has a handle and can hold liquid but I don't think anyone would really want to regularly use this for its intended purpose.

Love this mug. Got it as a gift for an avid Lego builder and he loved it. It was smaller than I thought but perfect otherwise. Dishwasher safe was a bonus.
