Aam-azing! body scrub
AAMazing ! truly Superbe - scrub! Chic Chiq's rice chickpea coconut sugar body scrub is a wonderful product.Delivered promptly ( next day ! ) in an eco-friendly sustainable packaging , easy to use ( just mix with water and rub on skin ) has a lovely scent and delicately exfoliates the skin leaving it refreshed and nourished! I have a sensitive skin and this product does not disappoint! Highly recommended.

Dry textured body scrub that activates with water
I have been using this body scrub as part of my skincare routine for the past couple of weeks.It is a dry product which is quite unusual, however you don’t need to use a lot of product to cover the whole body.The texture is very exfoliating and feels good on my skin. It does a great job at buffing away dry patches and smoothing away dead skin.I take a small amount of the product in my hand, add water and massage it over my skin.The product has a light sweet, coconut scent which I enjoy.The minimal, plastic free packaging looks great too.I recommend this scrub for normal/dry skin types.

Lovely product
This is a dry scrub, which you need to mix in your palm with water before you use it (unless you want to take the top layer of your skin off). I absolutely adore the smell, which is natural and clean. The scrub is fine grained and I like the fact the packaging is recyclable as well as that the product itself is natural.

A little expensive for this amount
This exfoliator is quite coarse which is suitable for the body but not for the face. I felt clean and smooth on my skin after using it. The oil in the ingredient has helped to retain moisture on my skin after washing. Excellent product but dropped a star due to the high price.

Leaves oil film
Pleasant smell but we found that it leaves an oily layer on our skin.Definitely works well as a body scrub, no issues with patch test and continued use.We love the idea of it being so natural in stead of micro beads and unnecessary plastics.Packaging is good and the seal works well for storage in the bathroom but we’d transfer to a pot for easier use.

Strong body scrub
This body scrub is very exfoliating and a little goes a long way. It left my skin feeling nice and smooth and also moisturised. I didn't notice any scent from this product though which is a shame.

PROS:1) Extremely effective exfoliator2) Moisturises in one step3) Really noticeably softer skin after useCONS:1) Relative cost due to package size2) Needs a better containerMy wife is raving about this body scrub (and the facial scrub). She’s lucky she has an excellent unblemished skin. However, like everyone, an exfoliation works wonders. After using this her skin really felt deliciously soft and really silky to the touch. I couldn’t believe how lovely her skin was to touch after it. It felt moisturised but not greasy at all. There was no slippery residue which a lot of moisturisers leave.Ayuveda is an ancient Indian medicine practice. I came across it when I was teaching Doctors, Dentists and Executives how to run hospitals efficiently. I found there were some people allowed on the course by our Indian partner who were Ayurvedic doctors. Basically, it’s an ancient system of medicine which is also rooted in their religious beliefs. Some of the procedures that are practised are basically more likely to worsen you, than cure you. However, if you stick to topical treatments which aren’t likely to poison you, like these Ayurvedic based scrubs, you’ll be ok. In the end I had to kick the Ayurvedic doctors off the course because they were completely clueless and living in a backward attitude to clinical practice.However, as I said, my wife thought this body scrub (and the facial scrub) were superb and the best she has ever used. Therefore, although I do not recommend Ayurveda as a system of medicine, I wholeheartedly recommend this scrub, it’s DOTTORE APPROVED, buy it!

natural rice smell , good for back scrub
So I have the face scrub one and this one.. I have to say the body scrub feels slightly less rough on my back.. actually I enjoyed the back scrub by this product. You can smell a good scent of rice.. The granules won't desolve in the water as they are grinded rice.. Interestingly after using it , you don't feel dry but nourished. I would use it once a week
