Not that I can see. I went by the size that I go by when I buy my sport t-shirts. I’m a size large for my t-shirts and so I bought a size large cap. The cap fits me very well.

Yes, it’s just a sticker. A simple wipe with a damp cloth removes any mark it leaves.
