High on flavor
The Iberico ham is delicious, expensive and a memorable treat but 2.2 ounces is gone before you know it.

WARNING - PAST EXPIRATION DATE - WOULD AVOID
I was looking forward to trying Spanish Jamon (Ham) after hearing how great it supposedly is. Maybe this deal was too good to be true, too cheap. Tried it and was greasy and dry and PAST THE EXPIRATION DATE -- ate a few bites before realizing this then THREW IN THE GARBAGE-- hope I don't get sick! Tasted much worse than the prosciutto I can get fresh in the local Italian deli, not sure if this would be true if fresh or just because it was old. See picture -- received in July 2019 and label says do not sell past SEPTEMBER 2018! Immediately asked for refund from Amazon. Yuk!

Sliced way too thin
Ham sliced paper thin. While tasty, slices in one of two packages could not be separated without turning the meat into small shreds. Not like the real deal we enjoyed throughout Spain.

Does not live up to expectations. The flavor is rather disappointing.
I had read about this and it was not exactly what I thought I was buying. I thought the pork we’re only allowed to eat acorns for a certain point on in their life. This is not the pork. It was good and I ran it in hot water prior to opening and eating. But my son and I agree that we have had other pork that is even better than this. For me it was pretty average and on the pricey side for what we got.
