OneTigris Large IFAK Pouch, Tactical MOLLE Medical Bag Trauma Kit Pouch

For a bag that I roll the dice on, worked out pretty well. It’ll be great. It was just a little bit bigger but overall it works well for what I use it for. And because of the button I’m able to hook it on my belt pretty easily and it doesn’t come loose. It’ll last the whole day while I’m at work doing manual labor, and not worried about it coming off. The quick pull release works really well and the zipper function just fine. Definitely would recommend.

I like it. The price is right and it does what I need it for well, I'm going to get a second.

As expected, this pouch is smaller and more compact than the squared pouches of similar size. Definitely designed for specific use rather than a general kit. It's either a small trama kit, or an ouch pouch, but its not something you can shove all your goodies in. Beyond that, this pouch is well constructed with lots of good organization inside. You wont have to fully rip it open to access your goodies, and zipping it back up can be a pain if its chock full of stuff. 8/10, would buy again.

It’s a nice little bag with organized pockets on the inside, two mesh pockets on the outside. It’s a little deceiving on the size.

Excellent quality, would definitely buy again. Great for cpl owners to keep in vehicles or camping. Just make sure you load it with the right stuff.

I wanted this style pouch to support multi-person trauma emergencies. It's compact, and it simply and quickly "rips" open. Some brand of this type are very expensive, others quit inexpensive. This one was in the middle. I'm very impressed with the quality, and I like the size. While it's a snug fit, here's what I put with it: On the pouch: a decent pair of Shears, 2 SWAT-T Tourniquets 1 RATS Tourniquet, a Penlight, a Sharpie and a 1.5" Medical Cross Patch. In the pouch: 2 4" Olaes Flat Pressure Dressings, 1 Tachmed 4" Israeli Pressure Dressing, 2 Compressed Gauze, 2 Vented Chest Seals, 2 Emergency Blankets, 2 Nasal Airways, 1 Decompression Needle, 1 Narcan, another Sharpie, some Duck Tape, 6 Pair Nitrile Gloves, a few Bandaids and Burn Creams and spare set of Batteries for the Penlight. Like I said, I'm impressed. I also picked up a couple of a cheaper brand, they're a bit smaller. With those I made a couple "stop the bleed kits." They're not quite as nicely made and don't hold as much, but they serve the purpose. I'll do a review of those too.

Nice pouch BUT NOT the color as represented! Great little pouch with decent capacity and durable fabric but it IS NOT Coyote Brown as pictured. It very dark brown and will not even closely match my other gear that is a khaki/camel Tan. Also did not come with a MED badge as pictured, but instead a bright Red OneTigris small badge. Very disappointed as it is not even close to pictures depicted and will not be suitable for mounting on the exterior of my pack and other setups that are a much lighter tan. Will not be able to buy any other products unless I need them in black. Sad that this decent brand does not represent their product/s with even a closely accurate color to make a purchase decision. Seems like such a little thing they could do on their part to give their customers a consistent experience. I would not trust their "green" to be accurate either.

It is as described, and 1T quality throughout - I want to put more gear in it, so if they make a larger one I will buy it also... if they make another one bigger than that, I will buy it too. 1T please make one size bigger and then one size bigger than that, thank you. (I will buy both)

Works as it should, holds essential first aid gear Feels and looks like good quality for the price

Even though the bag was too small for my purpose, I really wanted to keep it. Well made. slick features.

Really get a sense of the measurements before buying, might not be what you imagined in your head. Nonetheless, great bag and fast unzip handle works even when packed tight.

I love this pouch. It fits a surprising amount of first aid supplies inside, and its very easy to deploy for use. Really, my only issue is finding a place on my kit to attach it where its both easily accessible, but also not getting in the way of mobility.
