Normal quality
The opening lid I'd quite cheap it's bending when opening full 180° and the bottle itself is bending from a specific place i.e joint of the plasticBut it's ok, it is a plastic bottle it can bend else it's a great water bottle

Product is very good and worth price with good condition. Please improve your packing standerds(cello). Pack was opened and torn. Please maintain your brand standards. Thank you

The media could not be loaded. On washing it with Luke warm water, the walls of the bottle shrunk to a deformed state.
