DARN TOUGH Tactical Midweight Boot Sock (Style #T4021)

I purchased 6 pairs of these socks in 2012 in preparation for a deployment and have worn them with my boots nearly every day since. After 8 years and constant use, the elastic is still as strong as the day I bought them, the material breathes well despite regularly enduring 120 degree heat on the flight deck and in the aircraft. They do not smell at all and the material has not weakened or even shown signs of wear in the normal places (toes, heal). The only thing I have noticed after 8 years is that the material does not feel as think as when I bought them, however, it has not lead to any wear or holes. These socks are expensive, but worth every penny. You'll save money in the end since you will not have to buy socks for many years.

I ordered these because I already had some and loved them. I was issued these for a deployment and they're great. They stay dry and don't stretch out. I didn't know I was only buying 1 pair for 26.95. I wish that was advertised somewhere.
