Great stand!
I was shocked at the quality of this small audio rack. Everything is heavy duty and well-finished. Even the packaging was well done to protect everything during shipping. You could easily think this was a $400-500 stand. At the regular price, these are a steal and they often go sale for $30 less which is what I paid for my Espresso version.BTW, a few reviewers have commented that they should include one more set of "isolators" for the top shelf. I don't think that isolation was the intention. These rubber discs get installed on top of the bottom 3 shelves. They are meant to protect the wrap/finish on the top of the shelves from the metal support columns - which is why they are not needed on the top shelf.

Perfect size
I bought a similar rack with glass panels but my equipment was too wide. This time, I made sure it was wide enough. The rack is truly heavy duty. The UPS guy had to use a dolly. Upon assembly, it proved to be a winner. Easy assembly; took me twenty minutes. One tip: I installed furniture pads on the feet to prevent my floor from scratches. Plastic bottom didn't make me feel comfortable. Try to buy it on sale. Even the regular price is worth it.

Solid and good value of audio rack
It is quite heavy and the net weight of the rack on carton marking is 25.2kgs. Enclosed a leaflet for me to assemble the rack at about 30 minutes. Once assembly, I can feel that the rack is heavy and solid enough for me to put my AV/HiFi equipment on it. The overall quality of the rack is good and nice, although I have found two minor scratches on one of the metal pillar. It is worth to have this rack at my purchasing price.

Classy brown rack stand
Easy to put together. All parts were in box. Strong and sleek. Fits my amp, cd player, turntable and albums with room to spare. The openess on all sides ensures easy access and temp control of equipment.

nice rack
this beats another more popular brand of rack in the audiophile world. I only wish tthat there was more space on the rack re: hight between some of the shelves for a bigger rack for an even larger amp, and also that the configuration would be mre user-friendly. however; it is a nice rack. also tthe feet do not have the steel ponted feet that the other mentioned brand has that wrecks the wood floors in your house.

WORKED GREAT FOR MY NEEDS
This rack is not particularly beautiful but the shelves are thick and the stand is sturdy. I was looking for a 2-tier rack to house a power conditioner and my large, heavy stereo amp. The thickness of the shelves and weight bearing specs made the choice for me. I used the bottom 2 tiers and it worked out really well. It's not a high end rack but it is suitable for many audio or other applications. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Sold, Heavy, Looks Good
My home theater components have been boxed up in a mid-eighties "entertainment center", hiding behind smoked glass and subjected to terrible ventilation. My AVR was experiencing overheating issues. The Monolith stand provides much more stable support and open air flow. This baby is solid, with heavy metal support pillars holding thick wood shelves. And it's roughly half the height of my disco era tv stand.Pretty simple to assemble. Everything just screws together. But again, this is a heavy piece of furniture and after you fill the shelves it's a chunk to pick up and slide into position.I bought the espresso-colored shelves and I think it looks sleek against my wall.
