A serving is TWO cap fulls. No noticeable additional benefits compared to the regular OCP3.
Was disappointed when I realized that a serving was 2 cap fulls, not 1 like the regular OPC3 (without beauty blend). I have not noticed any difference with the extra "beauty" ingredients. I will be going back to the regular OPC3 as soon as this bottle is done.

Be patient and you'll see results!
I have been taking this consistently ( okay, maybe I missed a day or two) for the last 2 1/2 weeks. It was by the end of the second week that I started receiving compliments on the vibrancy of my skin and how it just had such a beautiful, natural. I work in the medical skin care industry and I would certainly recommend it! The only slight draw back is that its very tart, at least to my taste buds but thats what you can expect with all the citrus ingredients.
