**Q: What is the height from the bottom of the base to the hands?**
A: 8 inches.

A: 8 inches.

**Q: Does this hold/charge play station controller**
A: It holds a PS controller, but there is not a charging port/cord. You could probably run a charging cord between DP's legs to charge your controller while it's being held. I gave it as a gift, so I haven't tested that theory.

**Q: Can it hold scuf controller?**
A: I believe it will. It holds my Xbox Pro Controller and the Scuff Controller is based off of that design.

I liked these little figures so I bought some. I dont really use them to hold my controllers but they are able to do so. I got a Wolverine one too and they look great sise by side. They just sit on my shelf looking cool in my man cave. They are made really well and have lots of detail. I posted some pics for you to see for reference.
