This supplement has given me a very noticeable improvement in my REM and Deep Sleep. I’m not sure why exactly but it seems to have some sort of stress buffering effect or perhaps the brain is ON during the day and then OFF at night. Even when I drink coffee a couple of times a day this supplement helps me get really good REM and Deep Sleep. I take 1-2 capsules morning or early afternoon. My focus is not noticeably higher but sleep quality is definitely showing increase perhaps more research should be done because this product seems to be more of a sleep supplement than a focus supplement which is odd. It probably has beneficial cortisol control which helps with sleep quality later on in the day because cortisol has been effectively managed. Whatever the reason I like it for its very noticeable sleep quality abilities.

This stuff really does work. It makes you very clear headed and focused. However at the end of the day it kind of wears off you may get a little bit tired.

I do notice a change in my overall memory helping me in my day to day life. I take a lot of vitamins and now is a well tested so you know what you’re getting. I believe if I added on of the other brain support supplements by now I’m sure it would be even better. Sometimes you need to pick one and this helps with cortisol levels as well.

Checked all the oval cutters and got them in the holes. I marked one end of the cutters so that is the only surface to hammer on. Cut 2 different sized ovals out of 24 gauge silver - worked great!

I cannot really tell if this is or isnt working. I have changed a lot of things like getting a cpap for better sleep, which ive noticed has changed the clarity of my thought, but I started taking this around the same time too. I also take a lot of other vitamins that are aimed at increasing brain function. So I cannot say this alone has helped but I definetly dont think its hurting

I tried three bottles and did not notice any difference. I was disappointed.

This supplement along with a few others helped me get through a super intense training (cramming), for a very rewarding job. I retained so much information, and recieved positive feedback on my performance. I also took Omega 3s. Our mind is a powerful tool. This supplement is affordable and effective. I will be repurchasing as I am about to "elevate" my life again, and I need to concentrate and be as strategic as possible! I didn't have any adverse reactions.

It’s totally meaningless product. Don’t buy. It’s work all opposite which mentioned on the product. Zero performance. Fell too much dizziness sleepy stomach upset.
