Fantastic product. I wanted something vintage looking with real glass and a soft warm glow as opposed to the harsh blue/whiteish light you can often get with solar lights. These are fab. So easy to install. Literally open the box, remember to switch the button on the back of the solar panel to ‘on’ whilst charging and stick the whole box in the sun all day with the panel facing upwards for maximum exposure. At night they will come on by themselves and if you are not sure if they have worked but it is not dark enough for them to activate simply cover the solar panel with a cushion and they will light up if you have charged them properly.They are easy to hang too, each one has its own little clip so I clipped them onto my vines instead of onto the fence. There are screw holes in the solar panel if you want to screw it in high up if n a fence or it also comes with a stake for the ground. I was so impressed I’ve just ordered another set to extend the area I’m using them for and would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend them. 😊

I have bought 2 sets of these lights now. I am quite careful with them and pack them away for autumn and winter to avoid the worst of the weather damaging them, but they have stood up to some pretty bad summer rain at times and still working ok. They stay on for a long time too after a good sunny day. Highly recommend.

So far these have proven to be a good purchase although time will tell regarding solar panel durability. Put out a lot of light and during brighter days they last well into the night.One downside is that a bulb has already gone after justice a few months but these can be simply replaced and new bulbs aren't pricey.Update: still going strong and last a long time. The solar panel still looks pretty clean and seems to be working well. Had 2 replace another bulb but otherwise all good

These are really bright compared with our others. We had bought before and liked them so got another set. They didnt work. Customer services were excellent. I got in touch and they suggested a way to fix them. It didnt work so they sent another set. These are working well. Thank you. I would recommend the lights and the service.

The battery life isn't as long as I would have liked but can top it up with a charger. Brightness is good. Perfect for summer months, winter it won't last with the reduced sunlight and longer dark hours thus needs more capacity.

I bought one of those, the item we received had a contact failure. We returned it and bought a second one. The second one we received has the same issue, so I returned it as well.The loose connection happens when the solar panel is facing the sky (when all the purpose of a solar panel is to … face the sky….) when facing that direction the lights are off (we had enough battery as it was plug in usb). As soon as you tilt the solar panel to the side or face down, then the lights are working fine. It wasn’t suitable for us to find the right angle everytime we want the lights on so we will find an other solution. Definitely not recommand it.If by any chance you have a working item, the lights looks great though !

These lights were bought for me 2 years ago, and have worked perfectly since. Upon renovating a garden, I recently bought an additional set to compliment the exisitng set and they are brilliant as expected. I can say that with confidence becasue the orignail set, 2 years later are still working perfectly, still bright and remain illuminated all they way through the night (in summer). Very happy to recommend!

I had high hopes for these lights after reading all the good reviews, sadly I haven’t been lucky with them. First night of them up and one bulb was not working, even after being extra careful not to knock them around too much. There is a spare in the box so swapped it over. Over the next 5 days 6 bulbs now don’t work. All I can put it down to is it has rained every day, should be able to withstand the British weather but sadly haven’t on this occasion. Amazon have been really helpful and I have returned the lights for a refund.

I bought these lights to string across our house walkway above the front gate. They went up easily with some small cup hooks I have. I remembered to press the button on the back of the solar panel so they would charge, and they worked perfectly. One tip - and this is true, I think, of all string lights with screw-in sockets - check the bulbs to make sure they are firmly screwed in. Otherwise a few may not light up. Once I had mine tightened, all worked and they put out a very nice light. Highly recommended.

I purchased a total of 3 sets of these lights for our back yard reno. We are in the process of developing a backyard recreation area and I originally purchased 2 sets to hang over the bar. They looked amazing and the charge holds for 4 to 5 hours. I was so pleased, I purchased an additional set this year to extend along our fence line. I expect that as we develop more I will make additional purchases as needed. I love the warm white light (not the blue of many solar lights) and the Edison bulb is very attractive in a natural atmosphere. The clips on the side of the bulbs make installation super easy. We put up a fine jute rope to clip them to. They are a bit pricey but I am of the opinion that if they are of good quality then I am willing to pay the price rather than replacing frequently.
