Ask whoever fills your prescription. I think prescription lenses can be inserted into any frame. If you're successful, to ensure to stones don't fall out, put a tiny drop of Super Glue on each one.

I'm not sure what you mean "gem drop"? I do know these are the strongest clear resin glasses I've seen. I have been in the Costume Store business for 41yrs and have gotten character glasses from various companies over the 41yrs. These are the strongest resin glasses I've ever had. I bought these for an Elton John costume and they are Perfect.
