Great Quality Made in the USA!!! Order ID: 1133591642-0004245
I'm 5' 11", 202 lbs., male, with pot belly at 42 inches. I ordered the EdgeCross-X Elite, with all the accessories on Nov. 08, 2019 and received it on Nov 19, 2019, that's was quick service! Each item was made with high commercial grade quality! I have only one minor suggestion, the waist belt needs to be 4 inches longer for individuals with waist more that 40 inches, the belt I received is only 40 inches long. When I attached the resistance bands to the belt and wrist/ankle straps, the belt Velcro does not maintain closure and eventually pops open while doing repetitive movements. I'm sure that I will be able to wear the belt after losing a couple of inches in my waist. I would like to give another review after 3 months of using the EdgeCross-Elite. I will contact the seller about my suggestion about the longer belt.

Did NOT come with instructions on how to get started
I had to go online to figure out how to set up and use product. A short video would be useful for beginners.

Finally a home gym that works!
I bought this because I need something challenging to do during the C.V crisis. This device exceeded my expectations! I thought I would only maintain my fitness, but using the Edge-Cross had made me fitter and stronger. The first weeks using it was drenech in sweat and whole body shaking. Now, I'm getting better at it, but I made it more difficult with accesories. Still a challenge and great workout.Stop wasting you money and time buying useless home gym that don't work. If you want REAL results get this.

Outstanding quality
I just received this a few days ago, and I am in the early stages of learning to use it. I wasn't sure if I could even do some of moves shown in the ads, but I can manage modified (weenie) versions of the basic exercises. Gotta start somewhere. The first thing I noticed upon looking over the unit and attachments was the construction. These are gym quality! Very solid, and a good amount of heft to the bar itself. These are clearly built to last.

INCREDIBLY VERSATLE!!
I ordered the complete EdgeCross set and received it within 5 days, even though the order warned me it may take 10-15 days. The bar was lighter than I expected (it still has some heft to it, but I was anticipating - and somewhat concerned about - it being like working with a long, weighted barbell). I inspected all components thoroughly upon receipt, and was impressed with how high-quality everything was, from the welding on the bar to the seams on the carry-all bag. While waiting for my order to arrive, I looked both on the company website and YouTube to see the different demonstrations and exercise routines. They do a great job on tutorials such as proper form, isolated moves, and also include some sample routines for groups ranging from beginner to advanced. The videos are not super flashy like you may be used to: they are shot usually from one camera angle aimed at a lightly decorated corner of a room, but the editing is good, they don't use ridiculous and distracting background music, there is not a lot of echo, and the image is clear. Also, the spokepersons seem to be pretty comfortable in front of the camera, and communicate instructions clearly. I am looking forward to more content from them. This is a small company, which means you are a lot more likely to get a fast and non-canned response than if you dealt with a larger corporation when you call or Email them with questions or concerns. I did send them an Email asking about the numbers on the mat: one of the orientation tutorials mentioned the numbers were used in games, but I did not see anything on the site or Youtube about them, so I asked about it. The president himself responded very quickly (I believe that same day, although it took me a few days to log back in again to check) and not only let me know they were still working on the videos for this part, but also sent me a link showing some sample activities using the numbers. Now for the versatility: There are a lot of ways to use the equipment outside of what the videos demonstrate. I use the bar, sometimes with the attachable bands, to perform weighted bar/Pilates moves, light cardio warmups (such as squats with dumbbell press-type activities, or holding it behind my head while performing elbow-to-knee bends), or balanced on the roller when using the circle bands on my legs for lower body exercises. The bar is light enough to be swung (carefully and with control) and otherwise maneuvered to help intensify regular exercises in ways I just can't do that well with regular weights (the bar helps with control better than free-weights do). the cloth-covered bands can be attached to ankle and wrist, or to ankle and bar (I strongly suggest attaching in the area between the ball and the handle, to help avoid a lot of sliding) for different types of moves at different levels of resistance. Using the bar (with or without bands and/or roller) makes me feel like I am really working my entire body better than simple (or even modified) planks and pushups by themselves do. And best of all, it is so much fun! I am much older now than when I used to perform strength exercises with anything close to regularity or serious intent, and I was a little cautious that this type of activity may now be officially outside of my abilities (the full-refund guarantee is what finally sold me on at least trying). Thankfully, there are enough variations in both exercise and resistance that I can be a beginner and yet still get the benefits. There is also plenty of room for me to grow as I get stronger and more in shape, and the potential combinations are numerous enough that I can already think of several ways to keep my workout routines fresh for a long time to come.Again, I would suggest starting out slowly and making sure any actions are controlled, especially when first getting used to the equipment (but even at that pace I can feel my muscles getting a good workout). Also, and I cannot overstate this, please make sure to watch the videos covering proper form: They are only a few minutes long each, and the company has made a great effort to show exactly how you should hold the bar to help avoid injury. If anything happens to make my opinion of this product change, I will be sure to update my review. But for now I am VERY happy with my purchase!
