Columbia Women's FIRE VENTURE S II Waterproof Hiking Shoes

Sizes are slightly smaller, I usually wear size 4,5 but this size 5 fitted well.It is good for walks and very comfortable, the only thing is, water still gets in with you step in wet grass or puddles and on heavier rain your feet will be soaking wet

I bought these shoes after searching for long. I wanted a comfortable shoe for the wet autumn and winter seasons with following features - completely waterproof, comfortable fit, cushioned soles with good grip to walk on wet weather, insulated, warm & cosy, feminine looking colour and not very bold/colourful like other hiking shoes in the market and also reasonable price. This ticked all the boxes, although a bit pricey, I took the chance of buying this shoe based on reviews. I am writing this review after using the shoe everyday for almost a month walking through woodlands, lakes and a hiking trip. It is the most comfortable hiking shoe ever I worn, the cushioning and grip on sole is grt, colour is lovely, cosy, warm and completely waterproof. I love wearing them everyday. I highly recommend this shoe as a walking/hiking shoe for Autumn and Winter seasons. I am more a Skechers, Fitflop kind of person, so now Columbia has been added to my list 😊

I waited until I had worn these for a couple of weeks before reviewing. Excellent quality and so comfortable. They have been worn in very wet grass and in a storm and my feet were completely dry. They are a standard width and probably not suitable for wide feet. Nice grippy soles and a soft but very supportive inner sole. The mauve laces and trim are also very attractive. Very happy!

Love the look of them really comfy but sorry waterproofing not up to scratch. Got these just before Christmas and walk every day regardless of weather and disappoined cos after 3rd wear came home damp, not soaking but come on its only a month of wearing. It's a pity cos I really like them. I will say in their defence I have a narrow foot but??? Such a pity

The shoes looked nice but I would agree that the sizing is on the small side. I had to return them, which I did on 12 Nov. The seller has acknowledged this but refuses to refund me until they reach Spain! I work for a company that despatches goods all over the world and it does not take 4 weeks to send a parcel to Spain. They have got something wrong with their logistics. I want to complain to Amazon but the only option I can find is to contact the seller and they just keep making excuses. Normally I find Amazon service faultless but this has been a serious let down.

Unable to walk far in,these shoes. Make feet overheat and become painful

I bought this in my usual size and it was too small! A lovely colour and design though!

I brought these boots for two reasons style and waterproof. I am happy with the style but after only six weeks wear and when the weather changed the boots are most definitely not waterproof. To say I am disappointed is an understatement!
