Coconut meat is then broken into pieces, dried and ground finely, giving it a rich creamy consistency, like other nut butters. Absolutely love it!  I use it when stir-frying veggies or adding a touch to coffee/tea of choice!  I really appreciate that it doesn't contain added sugar and extra fat ~ big hit at my house!
