Dyson Upright Vacuums, 93 x 29.5 x 23 cm

Bought this to replace cordless vacs, cos tired of the lack of suction and various other problems with them. I have two dogs and it picks up the hair no problem, including their beds! What I’ve found with other vacs they’ve sucked up the bed, this vac doesn’t and cleans it well. It has good suction despite me saying about the dog bed. Tools are on the vac which is nice and handy and reaches up the stairs no problem. Also the weight of this machine is light compared to my old Sebo, and a lot quieter too! Emptying the dust collection is fab no handling the dust and hair like one of my old cordless vacs. Very manoeuvrable as well.

This is, without a double, the best vacuum we have ever used.With almost daily use throughout the entire house, and it's never faltered; never sputtered; it's barely ever missed a speck of dust or guck.It's convenient to use, and easy to manoeuvre around - it's lighter than it looks, but very, very sucky.It feels like it will pretty much last forever but if and when we need to replace it, we would only get another Dyson now. You really do get what you pay for with this.

I am sorry to say the package was damaged when it arrived but the vac was ok inside so I did not report the problem as I know it was not the companys fault ,it has happened during transit ,but besides that I love the smaller dyson now that I am getting older it's easier to manage and we dont have any animals now

Bought to replace a Dyson. Suction is very good, though it's a small ball version of ain't lightweight.The brush design is better than the one it replaces it has a direct drive. And you can pull the brush cartridge out to remove hair and clean it easier. I would say the overall build quality of materials seems cheaper compared to my older Dyson, (not ball model.) You get more tools but you cannot store them all on the vac, which is odd considering it's a Dyson. I like the brush on off switch its good feature.

Worked great at first, and still would but the amount of times my mum has tried to suck up things that are obviously way to big to fit up there has lead to many a blockage and now within six months the motor has burnt out. My old one lasted nearly 10 years, with no problems. Before she moved in, then within 3 months she'd managed to destroy that on aswell. So now I'm looking for what will be my third in 3 years.

Brilliant vacuum cleaner. It is lightweight, easy to use and the suction is very good. It picks up all the cat hairs from the carpet. Very pleased and would recommend.

There is no type of carpet that this machine is can't tackle. It even took on a long pile rug. You don't have to have to keep pushing it back to and forward, you just push it forwards very slowly it because it is doing a remarkable job.It is a little hard to on the heavy side, but surprisingly quiet. I would be not be without it now.
