When powering the mic use a different power device to turn it on not the same device that your going to use. If your going to connect it to the Xbox one dont connect it to the Xbox one you might hear Static/buffing and adjust the volume on the Xbox so you won't hear staic/buffering and make sure that on your settings on the Xbox it's on headphones and speakers not on speaker only
