Before & after photos. *by on Reviewed in the United States October 12, 2026* I don’t typically write Amazon reviews. However, when I took my boat out of the water (it lives in a boat slip all season) this fall it had some pretty heavy waterline stains on it. I tried good old-fashioned elbow grease and that would not remove it. I purchased STAR BRITE Instant Hull Cleaner from Amazon and it was easy as spraying it on, let it sit five minutes, then wash it off with a pressure washer. It pretty much took all of the stains away on the white hull! I would highly recommend this product to help cut back on the intense elbow grease trying to remove it without the product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wow, this stuff actually works! *by on Reviewed in the United States April 22, 2025* Very rarely wright a review. After 5 years of ocean boating, my hull really started to display a yellow stain at water line, especially the bottom white half. I tried for hours with cleaners and rubbing compound with frustrating results. Digging through my cleaning supplies, I found this product which I purchased years ago but forgot about it. Figuring I had nothing to loose but try it, I spayed it on the stains and went to find a scrub brush to work it in. To my amazement, when I returned I could see the yellow stain just melting off. With no whiping or scrubbing, just hosed it off and cleaned up like new. I am now kicking myself for not trying a product I purchased years ago.The only recommendation I have is to ware protecting eye glasses and a face mask. This stuff is very potent and irritating to the body. I also assume when using product it will likely remove wax, to a new application of wax in these areas is probably necessary. But, considering this product is such a time saver, diffinately worth it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This works great for lake scum! *by on Reviewed in the United States September 16, 2026* Have a 20 year old boat that gets slimy in the summer months, sitting in a lake. After 3 months, it's out of the water and greenish. This cleaner not only removed the new scum, it removed the old water lines. Wish we'd had it years ago! ## Frequently Bought Together - STAR BRITE Instant Hull Cleaner - Easily Remove Stains, Scum Lines & Grime for Boat Hulls, Fiberglass, Plastic & Painted Surfaces - Wipe On, Rinse Off Formula - 128 Ounce Gallon (081700) - STAR BRITE Non-Skid Deck Cleaner & Protectant - Ultimate Boat Deck Wash - Protects Against Future Stains & UV - Ideal for Fiberglass, Vinyl, Plastic & Painted Surfaces -1 Gallon (085900) - STAR BRITE Instant Hull Cleaner - 32 Oz Gel Spray - Easily Remove Stains, Scum Lines & Grime on Boat Hulls, Fiberglass, Plastic & Painted Surfaces - Easy to Use Formula (096132) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/17202372-instant-hull-cleaner-removes-stains-and-grime](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/17202372-instant-hull-cleaner-removes-stains-and-grime) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
