Review: Great Peeler! - I've been trying to find a high quality vegetable peeler. This is THE ONE! I bought it during desertcart Prime Days, and it has made such a difference. I even bought the green plastic one that everyone raves about and found that I had to clear out peels with every swipe. Not fast. Then I almost cut off the top of my right thumb and could not use it for weeks. And my search began for a peeler that has equally sharp blades on both sides. As noted above I started with the highly rated plastic one and it was awful. Not a great feel in the hand and had to be cleared out with every swipe. And then I found this one and thought I’d try it. It’s been amazing. It has good heft in my hand without being too heavy. It peels great. In BOTH hands. Now ai can’t decide if I’m a lefty or righty peeler anymore!

I've been trying to find a high quality vegetable peeler. This is THE ONE! I bought it during Amazon Prime Days, and it has made such a difference. I've tried a lot of different peelers in my 50+ years of cooking, and this is easily the easiest, sharpest peeler I've ever used. It takes less effort peeling potatoes with this one than any other. It's obviously insanely sharp so I do try to be extra careful in using it. As a bonus, it fits my hand nicely and is comfortable to use. Wow, this thing's amazing.
