When you fold this rack in, close to the wall, what's gonna be the Height?

The upright are 90" so when folded in and out the rack will always be 90" tall.

Does this work with standard accessories like spotter arms built for 2X2 racks?

This rack is has 2x3 uprights so no 2x2 accessories will work. Our PRx Performance Profile (2x3) accessories will all work on our Murphy Rack!

Is this the same exact fold in murphy rack on the prx performance website? If not what is the difference ?

Yes this is the same rack as on PRx

Do all four points need to be screwed into two different studs or would one stud be fine?

We recommend 3-4 bolts on each the top and bottom wall bracket. This will attach the rack to 3 or 4 wall studs. If your studs are not spaced evenly you can attach a 2x6 (stinger board) to your wall for each wall bracket to be screwed into.
