A former Marine is no match for the spunky Sam Sinclair. Bryce Stone has returned to his hometown of North Pole, Alaska and heยs not very happy about it. ยThe Town Where Itยs Christmas All Year Longย does not appeal to the self-admitted scrooge. Whatยs worse, Bryce must postpone his dream of opening a furniture shop when his Aunt Olive retires and leaves him to manage the familyยs cluttered Christmas boutique. Bryce hires a petite and inexperienced young woman to run the store, figuring that if she fails, he can sell the place! But Bryce underestimates Sam, who grew up with seven rowdy brothers and is out to prove her mettle in the frozen north. Itยs a battle of wills and the two soon find that theyยre fighting for more than just the shop. After all, love takes as many forms as the snowflakes that blanket the streets of North Pole. Review: one of my favorites - Most of the books in the Love Finds You In series are worth reading. This and a few others are worth buying! Cute story! I loved it so much I bought one for my sister. Review: Cute, Sweet, Clean Romance - This was a cute, sweet, clean romance... Bryce is an ex-marine living in North Pole, Alaska where he was raised by his Aunt Olive. Since the death of his parents (and, honestly, even long before his parents died) they are the only family they have. Bryce hates living in a place where the commercial side of Christmas is celebrated year-round and wants to sell Rudolph's (the Christmas knick-knack shop that his aunt has been running since his parents' death) and use the funds to open a carpentry shop. He would still be a marine if it weren't for the injury that left him blind in one eye and with a scar so hideous he has to wear a patch over one eye so he doesn't scare young children. Sam has 7 older brothers so she may be petite, but she's definitely tough. She drives an RV from Maryland to North Pole, Alaska for her new job as a chef at the hotel there. She arrives to find out the owner has given the job to his nephew. Too proud to return back to Maryland defeated Sam answers an ad to manage a Christmas store called Rudolph's. She and Aunt Olive hit it off right away... She would hit it off right away with Bryce if he didn't have so many walls up to protect his heart. There is a part towards the end of the book that is really sad and had me crying, but it's a short part of the story. This is a great read if you're in the mood for a cute, sweet, clean romance with a touch of sadness.

Awesome Book!
I loved this book! I didn't even know there was a North Pole, Ak and hope to visit there one day. I already sent off for info and visitors guides to the place. Sometimes you want to throttle the characters but overall it's awesome! I recommend it.

Love a book that makes me laugh and cry
I love a book that makes me laugh and cry and Love Finds You In North Pole, Alaska does just that. Fabulous story of small town life based around Christmas, so full of love and laughter you won't be able to put it down. First story in a long time that I didn't read the ending before I finished the book.

Short Story, Sweet Romance, Poor Formatting
Brazen Review: Love Finds You In North Pole, Alaska, Loree Lough My thoughts: The Love Finds You series boasts an impressive number of stories set across the United States. Loree Lough's is the only in the series I've sampled, and it was a pleasant read. Bryce, as a hero, was far less Alpha than I prefer, a sentiment shared by the friend who recommended this novella. But overall, he was likable. Lough did a fair job at best of creating a back story to - er, well...back up her hero's reluctance for romance, but aside from disappointment, he suffered no betrayal - no shock worthy to cause a man to swear off women! It was a weakness this Broad noted in the storyline; luckily, Lough's sweet romance made up for it in other areas. The town of North Pole was well described without going overboard. I loved being able to picture the Christmas decorations adorning each business and setting as well as the accurate description of average Alaskan homes - tiny yet cozy. Sam, the female protagonist balanced spunk and softness, making me hope with all my heart she'd get the guy. Samantha and Bryce's romance developed slowly; be prepared for a chaste love story. If you, like me, are used to a racier sort of romance - don't worry. The characters are so lovable - especially Sam - you'll most likely enjoy this quick little story. While I enjoyed Love Finds You In North Pole, Alaska, I probably won't seek another in the series, the main reason being I normally gravitate toward much longer, more involved reads; the second being that the Kindle formatting was awful - Summerside Press owes their author an apology. Excellent story!
This book had humor, love, sadness and strong family love. It also featured some of the highlights of the town and surrounding area.
