It's a cheap plastic pen (the one delivered to me was white) with a light at the tip. It does what it's supposed to but is very overpriced; it doesn't even come with a spare refill! The postage charge is also over the top...2nd class in a plastic wrapper does not warrant over two pounds.Edit:Item was faulty but customer service from supplier was beyond excellent: problem sorted without drama and within hours. Thank you.

Ok, so it's not as solid as an expensive pen, but neither is it flimsy. Works beautifully and I've sourced refills from a UK supplier so I'm happy. Have recommended the item to others already.

Looked for this for absolutely ages - persistence in amending the search criteria eventually found it - I wanted a pen with an inbuilt light to be able to write notes if I woke at night without having to put a proper light on. This is absolutely brilliant, well designed, well made and does what it says it does!

I gave this five stars originally but the quality of the actual pen bit has plummeted. The light is cute, but if you can’t actually write with it what is the point of it?

Bought to use during a review of a live show - very helpful! Ink was a bit slow to work though - needed some scribbly encouragement!
