Like every screen protector - putting it on is messy, you're left with microbubbles, and you wonder if it was really worth it. Well, that's my routine! Happily I can say that this protector resulted in a great fit and finish, smooth feel, and a crystal clear view after a few days.But... I removed it as a last ditch effort to diagnose problems with the poor responsiveness of my Venue tablet. Unfortunately, I can report that removing this screen protector made a notable improvement with the touch responsiveness. This isn't a problem with this protector, it's the tablet's fault.I dropped one star because it didn't work out for this model tablet... But I have used this and other brand protectors before and I know these are the best.

So the ArmorSuit MilitaryShield has only been on my venue for a couple days, but I got it on with no issues. I used only their written instructions, although there is a link to a video for those who may need extra clarification or are nervous as first time installers about the whole liquid and their brand new electronics thing. The holes and the overall shape were very precisely cut, great overall piece of work. If I had one thing I wasn't too sure of, it was that it was rolled in the box rather than being kept flat, but I laid it out and let most of the curl out of it and it was a total non issue. I have already recommended these to some friends and coworkers.

Great screen protector. Installed well -- first I've ever used with a liquid, and it seems to have helped eliminate bubbles. Had some smears under the protector at first, but they have gone away after a couple days. Does seem to collect dust more than the original screen, though. Would like to have a matte version, so may contact manufacturer.

Does not work for the Dell Venue Pro 8. Camera holes are centered, and on the Pro 8 it is on the right corner side. Also does not fully fit full screen. It works okay, and i'm glad I don't use it for the camera.

This screen was so much more difficult than the other brands I have used on phones and other tablets. Make sure you literally soak the screen with the spray and lay it out neatly. It says that any small air bubbles will work themselves out and they do for the most part as long as you don't really mess it up.Unlike other screens, I notice this is on the tablet every day. It never becomes part of it that just looks normal. Maybe it is just me though. Made my nice new tablet look worn and used.

I just bought the Dell Venue 8 and I wanted a screen protector. I looked onto Amazon and found this. The name says al that needed to be said. It was very satisfied with the application of the protector, very easy, and I can see this protector being very strong and I don't see myself using the lifetime replacement, but I know that it its there if I need it. I also use the cleaner on more than just the Venues screen, I use it on my phones in the house hold as well

After I installed the Shield on my Dell Tablet and waited 24 hours to ensure a good seal I was more than delighted with the product. There were no air bubbles under the shield and the seal was perfect. The written instructions were easy to follow plus a video link was providedThe Armor Suit Military Shield is a little more expensive but the extra couple of dollars was well worth the expense. If you are looking for a shield I highly recommend this product.

Really great product, fits well and securely and forms a solid protection layer. The bonding/curing process requires some time, so that was the only negative... since I don't always have patience, especially for using my new toy.
