Does the process hurt?

I love this product. I followed the directions, soaked me feet and yes it was a little difficult to put the corrector on but once I got it on and started twisting I had instant pain relief. The retainer is tricky and sometimes can be a struggle to get on, but it really helps. To keep the retainer on I used clear gel polish to keep it in place better. The first night is the only time I felt discomfort. It didn’t hurt, I just knew it was there.

Where can I find instructions on how to use your nail corrector?

Mine had card with QR code. It took me directly to Amazon listing with full instructions

how do the retainers work?

Nail retainer applies a gentle pressure that keeps the nail straighten. We recommend to attach it with tweezers (included) and to keep for at least 10-14 days.

Will this permanently correct an ingrown toenail issue, or is it just for temporary relief?

In my case the ingrowntoenail was caused by footwear and the correction was permanent after using it for 3 months, keeping the correction with adhesive plastic strips instead of the metal ones that are difficult to put on
