- Warranty: All units come with a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty which includes $65 per hour of labor based on the ALLDATA guide and all freight costs.Towing and/or car rental are included up to $200. Warranties are tagged to the VIN number to the vehicle & not the owner so no transfer fees. The work must be performed at a ASE certified business but can be done at any repair facility, dealership, or fleet shop.
- Returns: Refund or replacement request: Only requests within 5 days after parcel is received will be honored. Returned item must be in the same condition as received to ensure your refund is processed.Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, invoice number, VIN number, and reason for return should be included in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.

- Core Return: Unit price does not include core charge. Core must be returned within thirty (30) days or you will be charged the value of the unreturned core. Please contact Go Powertrain to schedule your core return when it is ready for pickup. *If a customer returns the item themselves, without contacting Go Powertrain, they will be responsible for paying all of the freight. The customer will not be reimbursed for the cost of freight if they don't contact Go Powertrain to return the unit.
