I'd been eating Taza's 95% for a while now, but wanted to get all added sugar out of my diet. I was hesitant to buy this 100% because it comes in a huge package, and because I've tried several other 100% and have found the taste and texture not so great. I am extremely happy with this stuff. I just snack on it, a few pieces a night. Absolutely delicious and love the Taza gritty texture. Great health benefits without the pesky sugar. Win, win.Just make sure you absolutely love the 95% before you go this route. I could just be a huge fan of dark chocolate or I'm completely crazy - everyone I've given this stuff to hasn't appreciated it...lol.

The dark chocolate taste good but it says it’s smooth I found it gritty to the point it felt like sand between your teeth. It’s very disappointing since the flavor was good and I had a couple dozen cakes I needed it for , had to go to a local store and get some there

For someone who's been on keto diet for 2 years, this is pure heaven. I use it as a treat, I just eat the chips, I don't cook them. The taste is great, and I can taste the sweetness of the chocolate, not the sugar. A bag should last me 4 to 5 months, which brings the cost down significantly. And the quality is unbeatable, no synthetic stuff added to make the chocolate smooth, like what you get with Lindt. Love it!

This chocolate is dangerously good. You need this in your life. I can't wait to use it in baked goods or to melt and make my own candies. Or just eat it..it's just so good

This is the same chocolate that Whole Foods sells in paper-wrapped discs. If you love the gritty rawness of Taza, you need this 6.5 pound bag. It arrived doubled insulated and with a cold pack.

First, when I opened the bag they were mini squares to my surprise, and when I tasted them the texture was very grainy. I have paid much less for higher quality organic chocolate that was smooth and silky. Very disappointed because this was pricy and non refundable.
