3 DVD Senior Self Defense Set, Complete Krav MAGA Training for 50 and up.

...this DVD convinced me that it's not worth buying any more DVD's.As far as content goes, most of these "techniques" are slow and ponderous. From watching, I would guess that they came from other than real-life situations.Also, the "exercise" DVD is a has third-grade exercises, and the presenter seems to be asleep most of the time. As well, each of the 3 "chapters" are largely repetitious.The presenters are too wordy and very unsure in their presentation and execution of the "techniques".From the DVD - operational side, the first DVD has no menu and you cannot advance from one part to another.The other two DVD's do have menus but they do not function properly. (I tried on two different machines.)All in all, I think they are definitely not worth the money.

This is so far the poorest of the DVDs I have tried to see. It stops jumps around, its viewing not good. It shuts off and other poor recordings. I am going to want a replacement.

Not worth buying.

If you're looking at defending with a combat style or martial art, please take classes and don't rely on a video to show you much of anything!
